About Our Beef
Our flavorful and tender Angus beef is all raised on the Colorado grasslands within a 40 mile radius Fort Collins, CO and grain finished right here on our Fort Collins farm, fed a locally-sourced diet designed by a cattle nutritionist and processed at a USDA inspected facility. Consistent quality, high value, great service and exceptional customer eating experience are our top priorities and passions. Our customers consistently say it’s the best beef they have ever had.
For 25 years, we have worked to refine our registered and commercial Angus herd with an emphasis on tenderness, large ribeye area, and of course delicious marbling. Each cut allows our customers to savor the taste of Colorado-raised Angus beef.
Freezer Beef Orders and Pick Up
We have options for quarter, halves and whole purchases. Please contact us directly to see what we have available and what options are best for you and your family. We ask for a deposit to reserve your beef and take orders up to a year in advance.
We utilize easy online payment and ask for payment for your beef once it arrives at our processor. You will be emailed information to submit your cutting instructions online and the processor will be in contact when your delicious Hilltop beef is ready.
All cuts are cryovac packaged, frozen and ready for you to pick up directly from them. Payment for processing is due to the processor at time of pickup.
All beef is dry aged for 14-days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
