About Our cattle
Registered Angus - Bred to Perform in Show and Production
Our family farm prioritizes raising healthy, top-quality Angus cattle. Recently, we've meticulously grown our registered Angus herd through careful sire selection and embryo transfer. We prioritize traits like phenotype, excellent PAP scores, ribeye size, and marbling, ensuring exceptional genetics.
Our dedication to the Angus breed extends to the next generation and beyond! Our children are active members of the National Junior Angus Association and the Colorado Junior Angus Association, participating in shows and honing their skills.
Whether you're looking for outstanding replacement heifers or bulls to elevate your commercial herd or that perfect show prospect, consider our registered Angus cattle!
BF BCII Birdie 1922
Registration Number: 20448060
Date of Birth: April 16, 2022
Sire: SCC SCH 24 Karat 838
Dam: BCII BMF Sandy 2118
BF BCII Birdie 1922 was our pick out of the BCII/BF partnership crop in 2022. Being out of 24 karat, the bull that has taken the showring by storm and out of the dominant Birdie donor that has produced success in multiple breeds the option to acquire this one was a no-brainer. Her sweet look, awesome rib cage, and super flexible build allowed her to grab a class win at the National Western Stock Show and to be called “3rd out” for division in Reno at the Western National Angus Futurity. Her full sibs have grabbed multiple division and champion titles at American Royal, NAILE, and Cattleman’s Congress. With this track record, potent cow power, and temperament, we are excited about her future.
Collison Georgina 1150
Registration Number: 20337276
Date of Birth: September 22, 2021
Sire: SCC SCH 24 Karat 838
Dam: Collison Georgina 972
Collison Georgina 1150 was Ty Kraft’s find in the Rosebud/Weis 2022 spring sale. If you can’t tell, we have high hopes for our 24 karat daughters regarding the donor pen. While her attitude took her a touch longer to adjust to the sweet life. We all know Tyler likes ‘em with a touch of fire. Once they bonded it was easy for judges to tie into her added extension paired with a stout set of feet and legs. She grabbed a division in Reno at WNAF and was a class winner at the highly competitive NJAS. We are excited to mate her uncommon extra power and dimension to the rest of the breed. Georgina also excels in producing offspring for high elevations as she PAP tested a 39 at 5,100’ elevation by Dr. Holt.
BF PCC Evening Tinge 510
Registration Number: 19980274
Date of Birth: November 22, 2020
Sire: Chestnut Knock Out 204
Dam: PCC Miss Evening Tinge 302A
BF PCC Evening Tinge 510 was acquired through Kyli Kraft’s evaluation skills at Pembrook Cattle’s fall-born sale in March of 2021. With an outcross pedigree being a Chestnut Knockout on a first impression daughter, it’s simple to figure that her easy-doing, massive-bodied, kind, and sweet hind leg makes her a really intriguing breeding piece. Still, that doesn't take away from her almost flawless show career snagging banners in Cheyenne, Denver, Reno, and at the NJAS. She was deemed the 3rd high ROV Senior heifer calf. Being one of the older donors in our arsenal, I’m sure you are wondering where the proof is? That part is easy; her Cadillac Ranch daughter already got the slap for reserve bred and owned in the spring division at NWSS. No gambles necessary on this one.
Lakeview Lady C 2123
Registration Number: 20148298
Date of Birth: May 3, 2021
Sire: KR Casino 6243
Dam: DPL Lady 8448
Lakeview Lady C 2123 struck us from the first time we saw her in Tari Hoagland’s pasture. If you have met Tari, you know how passionate she is about Angus cattle, especially her Lady family. It is easy to see why she is passionate when Lady C is so feminine, elegant, and smooth with running gear like a gymnast. Clay is campaigning a Cadillac Ranch daughter this year, which proves this one can generate her same look and flexibility. After that, let’s talk about a poisonous pedigree when her full sib was a triple crown winner, and other siblings have found the backdrop across the country. We like to place a big emphasis in our donor pen on cow families and females who can outproduce themselves. This is no exception.
CCS Ellie 206H
Registration Number: 19821740
Date of Birth: April 18, 2020
Sire: Gateway Follow Me F163
Dam: UDE Ellie 153E
CCS Ellie 206H is the kind of cow that catches your eye across the pasture and you question, “Is that an Angus?” Ellie has the bone hair and stoutness that is all of a sudden becoming standard in the heifers that are reaching the backdrop. Now, she may have been too out there for her time in the show ring, but that is what we love about her for a donor cow. Also, just to prove my previous statement, in her first ET crop, she has raised the champion fall heifer calf in the ROV show at the Western National Angus Show. Ty Kraft will campaign a bred and owned Marvel daughter this year that shows off many of Ellie’s highly heritable attributes. Ellie can also produce the low PAP calves that are becoming sought after, her first natural bull calf PAP tested 37 at 5,100’ elevation by Dr. Holt. If you like your Angus with a little extra punch, this is the one for you.
